I don’t know about you, but I love chili! Qwickly.com blogger Kori Ellis has a terrific recipe for turkey chili and cornbread over on HubPages.com. The turkey chili is much better for you compared to the beef variety. And she uses creamed corn in the cornbread.

Chicken Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients for Chicken Green Bean Casserole
1 can string beans, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Swanson chicken, chunky
1 1/2 cups French fried onions
1/2 cup milk
Combine all ingredients (except onions) in a glass casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with onion rings and bake for 30 minutes.
Serves six.

Ingredients for Cheese Flat Bread
1 package refrigerated pizza crust
1/4 cup butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
3/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 cup olive oil
Flatten dough into 9×13 inch baking pan.
Combine butter and garlic and drizzle over dough.
Top with cheese and bake for 10 minutes, or until crispy.

Ingredients for Cucumber Ranch Canapes
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 packet dry ranch dressing
3 whole wheat pitas
1 large cucumber (thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and dry ranch dressing.
Cut each pita into six wedges
Spread the top of the pita with cream cheese mixture.
Top with cucumber slices.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.

1 large white onion, diced
1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives
2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
