ChaCha-Human Powered Search Engine
A new search engine is taking Internet searches to a new level. ChaCha Search is the first “human powered” search engine to debut. Guides are paid to provide customer service by providing results to an InfoSeeker who requests it from ChaCha’s homepage.
Searches currently pay up to $.50 per six minute search for a Pro or Master guide, and up to $1.00 per search for Elite guides. Guides pick keywords, which they are trained on, and your keyword expertise determines your ranking.
A downloadable toolbar can also earn you income.
To become a guide, you have to be invited by a ChaCha Master guide who sends you an invitation to join. Each Master guide has only ten invitations each, and they are only available at certain times. Because of this, invitations are very coveted when they are available.
Being a ChaCha Master guide, I will post when invitations are again available.

Wow - this sounds like a great idea. I bookmarked them, and downloaded the toolbar to give it a try as well. I will check them out often. Thanks for bringing this information to us.

i tried doing it once but found out that y temperament does not fit the job..anyway glad to hear that u are enjoying it..
