Cheese Flat Bread
Ingredients for Cheese Flat Bread
1 package refrigerated pizza crust
1/4 cup butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
3/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 cup olive oil
Flatten dough into 9×13 inch baking pan.
Combine butter and garlic and drizzle over dough.
Top with cheese and bake for 10 minutes, or until crispy.
Cut into 2 inch squares.
Serve warm with olive oil.
Serves eight.

Yum! This sounds like a good recipe - thanks for sharing. I love making things like this; relatively simple, yet good. You can serve this to a crowd as well, and I bet it would go over great.
