I’m still amazed at how popular this series is. Not that I don’t like it, but just didn’t think the idea was that original. Regardless, kids and adults go gaga over Harry and pals. I prefer R.L. Stine myself. =-)

Boxes. These boxes are such a great ideas!
It is so interesting how they come flat and you make them into a clear drawer box. They are so clear that my shoes look like they are in a display case. I just love how they thought about every possible uses in a shoebox.
As they say, Shoebby- what a shoe box should be.

Aah, its not just the children, even adults like me are eagerly awaiting the book and the movie. I am in fact, much more excited about the 7th and final Harry Potter book - which has many secrets revealed including where Snape’s loyalties lie and whether Harry survives. Rowling has already said that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is her favorite among the 7 tombs she has written!

Nothing like talking your date to death, either. There has to be a happy medium between motor mouthing, and the awkward silence. You give some great suggestions, so hopefully people will take them to heart.

Hi BG, and thanks for the info. You are right, I think it is just a matter of getting people to listen, take it to heart and get busy. They can certainly reach a lot of people via a concert like the Live Earth Concert. Maybe that is what they were going for — quantity.

Wow — Good for you. I know it’s not too easy, and when you are tackling another language, well good for you. It is a wonderful opportunity for children to grow up in bilingual homes where they have the opportunity to learn multiple languages.
