Intoeing Among Toddlers

Is your toddler stumbling or tripping a lot while walking? This could be a sign of a common problem called Intoeing. “Pigeon toes” is another word for Intoeing. Generally human feet point straight ahead or outward. In some people the feet point inward. This is called Intoeing

Intoeing is very common among young toddlers. Experts say in most cases Intoeing among young toddlers get corrected with time. However, some severe Intoeing may require moderate to extreme intervention. Intoeing is definitely not an uncorrectable problem.

    This is great information! I think parents get very concerned when they see their toddler’s stumbling — intoeing. I think being aware of it is the answer, and if it doesn’t self-correct, they can seek help. Comforting to know, however, that it is correctable.
