Kylie and Sharon Duet at Cannes
Australian pop princess Kylie Minogue has teamed up with Hollywood bombshell Sharon Stone to raise money for AIDS charity amfAR.
The unlikely pair belted out a duet at an AIDS fundraiser at the Cannes Film Festival. Minogue dazzled in a knee-length cocktail gown while Stone resembled an Academy Award in glittering gold.
The duo entertained A-Listers including George Clooney, Matt Damon and Quentin Tarantino at the Cinema Against AIDS event. Fellow high-profile Aussies Elle McPherson and Toni Colette were also there to show their support.
AmfAR has invested more than $100 million to AIDS research, prevention and education programs worldwide.

Excellent! 100 million toward AIDS research, educational programs, and preventative measures is definitely a good cause. We need to keep pounding the trail with this type of educaitonal and preventative programs, as well as the research. I believe we have come a long way, but I also believe we have a long way to go.
