Man Takes Ass to Court. Really!
What do you do if someone accuses your donkey of being to loud? You drag your ass into court, or at least that’s what Gregory Shamoun, a local attorney of Dallas, Texas, did. After a neighbor accused his donkey Buddy of braying loudly day and night and leaving manure piles all over the place, Gregory decided to let a jury decide for itself. He brought the “well mannered” animal before a group of his peers to testify on his own behalf.
What was the verdict? Who knows. The neighbors settled out of court while the jury deliberated. Well, at least now we know that you can get away with being an ass in court.

Oh, this is a riot! I’m almost sad that they settled out of court, after the case got so far. I would have been interested to know the outcome. I would still love to know what the jury thought when the donkey was dragge into court! I can just see the faces of everyone in that courtroom

I loved the puns in this article. I’d still love to have heard the jury’s verdict though! He must have been a very good ass for the guy to risk having him in the courtroom though!
