Penang, ‘Pearl of the Orient’

My hometown Penang is also known as the ‘Pearl of the Orient.’ The beaches are located at Batu Ferringhi and Teluk Bahang. The sea has become polluted now. There are beautiful beaches in Pulau Pangkor. I know because I’ve been there. The beaches there are clearer than the beaches in Penang. The attractions in Penang are the Snake temple, the Kek Lok Si temple. The latter is the largest temple in Southeast Asia. Other sights worth seeing are Penang Hill, Fort Cornwallis.

Penang is also a good place to shop for souvenirs, something to take home for your loved ones. I’m sure if you come and visit here, you’ll be thrilled by the attractions here.

This is great information. I love that you are reporting on places you have been (or live) and give us a picture of what we can expect if we visit. Because of the Internet, and sites like Qwickly.com we can connect to all corners of the world.
