Playing Video Games Improves Eyesight
According to a University of Rochester report, non-gamers who received 30 hours of training on first-person action video games showed a substantial increase in spatial resolution. Spatial resolution is your ability to see objects in a cluttered space.

Video games and eyesight study, it is too early to jump at the conclusion and recommending video games for improving eyesight. Let more research by medical researcher confirm it.

Hmm, interesting topic. I wouldn’t have thought this to be the case. I mean for years our mother’s told us “don’t sit close to the t.v.” I guess the perception is, it is NOT good for your eyes. However, maybe spending time in front of a video game has some good benefit, eh?

I believe that video games are not horrible and should never be played. I think that they can be helpful but as with everything else too much can and will most likely be bad for you.
