Sound advice! Make sure all paperwork is updated, is a given I would think but it never ceases to surprise me at how many people don't. Anyway, fast food is usually the option when on the road, but I do believe there are other ways around it too, so you don't pack on the pounds. Have a small breakfast, and then just one main mean -- whether it be lunch or dinner, and then eat lite for the other meal. Try and make better choices, and I do believe you can be successful at not gaining weight on a road trip.
