The World’s DIRTIEST NATION

Despite all of our efforts to be green, there is another country unraveling our progress.

China’s greenhouse emissions could negate progress made everywhere else. With their sweatshops, technology industry, and many other factories, China is smogging up…Now with all this going on, that pretty vase sitting in your house is not the only thing being “Made in China”.

How difficult would it be to strap some emission standards on a country with a population of 1,313,973,713 people?

It does make you wonder — we are so concerned with our polution solutions in this country, yet, if you do not consider some of the other countries, eventually it won’t make any difference anyway. The air goes into the atmosphere, and we all end up sharing it anyway. I am surprised, however, that China does not implement higher standards for cleaning up their own environment.

You hit it right on the nail…do you think that the United States uses “green-ness” as more of a political cover up issue…in order to deter the thoughts of more important issues coming up?

WOW, that’s nuts. China needs to get it together.

Yeah the government loves it when other things take the forefront so that their lacking won’t be noticed. Such as environmental issues or Paris Hilton.
