VoIP the solution to cutting long distance costs
For many of us, our families no longer live in the same communities. Many are in other states and in some situations, they even live in other countries. We value keeping in touch with friends and family over the miles but we do not look forward to the monthly phone bill.
VoIP has been the answer to long distance needs and more and more consumers are using this technology to save over the costs of making tradition calls. The clarity is not jeopardized with most providers and costs can be cut by up to 70% and some calls can even be made free which varies by provider.
In the past you had to have broadband connection for VoIP but now users are able to buy a special adapter to make a connection. Instant messenger services are an alternate but VoIP is still top choice for those wanting to hear their loved one clearly.

this is a great addition to the Internet for everyone. I believe VoIP is the way of the future, and prior to this, there were limited companies who offered it, however, it is beooming more mainstreamed and I think we will eventually see more people jumpin on the band wagon.

The internet certainly keeps making the world a smaller place. In the past people probably didn’t speak as often as they’d like due to the cost. Communication is so important, and it’s wonderful that technology can make it even easier.
